Herbies Seeds makes every effort to ensure that your order arrives to you as soon and efficiently as possible. All packing is fully discrete, and we enjoy taking effort to ensure that your product is packaged in a way that reduces the possibility of damage.

When Will My Seeds Be Shipped?

We will process and mail your seeds within 24 hours of receiving payment and confirmation of your contact information within our business days:

Processing Times

Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. (GMT).
If your seeds are not shipped the same day you place it, don't worry; it will be shipped the next working day. We may call you if our order processing staff needs to check your shipping information in order to ensure that your product is dispatched accurately. Remember, the sooner you assist us in verifying your shipping information, the quicker your order will be shipped.

Shipping to the United States: A signature from the recipient is necessary. In the event of your absence, you will be able to pick up the parcel from the post office within the next 15 days. The expected delivery time is 3-4 weeks.

Shipping to the United Kingdom: Orders are dispatched via Certified Mail and arrive within 1-2 weeks of payment confirmation.

Shipping to Europe: Orders are shipped out within 24 hours after payment receipt throughout our business days. For European nations, we offer the following delivery options:

• Certified mail takes 13-16 days to arrive.
• Standard UPS delivery time: 3-8 days
• UPS Express Saver: 1-3 days delivery

UPS shipping is offered to EU customers. Its cost and delivery time are computed during the checkout process. Please keep in mind that UPS will need the recipient's phone number in order to perform their services.

Shipping to Australia and New Zealand: We have recently encountered problems with customs clearance for items shipped to Australia and New Zealand. That is why we added insurance to all shipments to these countries. If your package does not arrive, we will replace it at no cost. The insurance charge per order is 15 euros and is non-refundable. 

International orders can take up to 3-4 weeks from the date of payment confirmation to the day of delivery.
